The Your Wealthy Self course is different because it doesn’t aim to create a "better" version of you. Instead, it liberates the already worthy, deserving self that's always been present, just hidden beneath layers of survival strategies enlisted by your wounded inner child.
Those childhood wounds aren't your destiny – they're your greatest doorway to manifesting abundance, clarity of purpose, creativity, and knowing the true preciousness of who you are.
“Your Wealthy Self” is a 12-module course in an intimate group experience where the tools, trainings and transformation go beyond surface insights to completely rewire your relationship with self-worth, self expression, resilience, and abundance.

You'll learn to recognize and dismantle the subconscious beliefs that have been running your life, revising them with a deeply rooted sense of innate worth, expanding possibilities, and authentic self-expression. Money is a spiritual highlighter, revealing the invisible "guard rails" that have been sneakily filtering out opportunities, constricting success, and perpetuating unnecessary struggle. By using money as a lens, we uncover deep, often unconscious limiting beliefs that diminish your sense of purpose, suppress self-expression, deny your worth and constrict your ability to receive abundance with ease and joy.
Money exposes how much goodness we believe we deserve, before we need to blow up our finances, career, relationships and/or our health. We will not allow ourselves to have life be better than we subconsciously believe we deserve.

I know, I’ve been there too.
I knew something was off - but I couldn't quite name it. I’d invested in courses, read the books, done the therapy, and yet... something still felt stuck. I was successful on paper, but internally I was exhausted from proving my worth.
It’s like there’s this untapped reservoir of my creativity and real self expression lying dormant just below the surface and out of my grasp….so how do I reach it?
In this inquiry, I discovered a profound truth: We have internal "guard rails" that limit how much happiness, success, and abundance we'll allow ourselves to experience. These subconscious “guard rail” beliefs are strategies my younger self put in place to compensate for my unmet needs growing up. These beliefs are gates that only allow in what my much younger self decided I was “worthy of”…and this version of me decided “my worth” at a time when I was feeling unsafe, unlovable, alone and scared.
As you can imagine this is not the optimal time to create the guard rails for how good life can be. As it turned out, these guard rails left me with an impoverished sense of worth, safety and lovability that I carried into my adult career, relationships, finances and health.
Growing up in a family of farmers, I internalized that success requires hard work. My unconscious belief was, “until I work as hard as my family/ancestors, I will not be worthy of success.” No matter how much I achieved - coaching, seminars, a Master's degree, becoming a Transformational-NLP practitioner - I never felt I could truly own and enjoy my accomplishments.
The turning point came when someone asked me, "How good can you stand it?" I realized I'd been working hard to prove my worth, always needing to do more, never feeling satisfied or balanced in my work-play-self worth triad. My subconscious limited my success to protect me from exceeding my family's achievements, ensuring I worked hard for every step forward.
It took discovering the foundational event, (when the first safety “guard rails” were installed), and what I decided about my worth, safety, and lovability that gave me the key to revise these root beliefs into ones that worked for me instead of against me. This revision gave me a sense of worth, abundance, life-work balance and the freedom to be myself.
Traditional self-help approaches - willpower, mantras, positive thinking - couldn't reach this wounded inner child in my subconscious. These methods only wrestled my beliefs into submission, creating an internal battle that had me shame and guilt myself into taking labored action.
My mission is to help women move past those protective "guard rails" by gently revising deep-seated beliefs. I don’t use willpower to struggle through the resistance - that’s just creates more shame and guilt within oneself. I find its more effective and efficient to work with your brain’s natural design so there’s no resistance to creating the changes you are wanting.
